FRIED EGG WHITES w/SMOKED BLUE CHEESE & BUTTERED HASH

Egg Whites (duh.)
Potatoes. Peeled. Or not.
Smoked Blue Cheese (see KK's Cupboard)
Diced Pepper - any colour
Cracked Black Pepper
Cracked Sea Salt
Thyme, Oregano, any herbs...I'll allow dried here.
Garlic Powder or fresh
Smoked Paprika (see KK's Cupboard)
Peel or don't peel your potatoes (I don't give a care), and chop into small hash. Likewise, chop onions & peppers the same size. Start frying in butter. Season as it is frying with the herbs, paprika, garlic and salt 'n peppa.
When potatoes are browned and cooked through, plate immediately.
Put a bit more butter in the same pan, 'cause that's sexy as fuck, and pour in your egg whites. Fry those muther truckers, and crack some salt and pecker on them. I said pecker because we are talking about an egg here - ...egg...chicken...pecker...get it?
When cooked to your extremely picky style, place on the potatoes (fold in half, it looks cool).
Garnish with some green onion (cut on an angle, that also looks cooler), and crumble the Smoked Blue Cheese on top.
