BOOM! Instant fuckin' salad that doesn't taste like a boring one your boy/girlfriend or mom makes from a bag. Those salads in a bag are as gross as wearing the same pair of underwear for a year. Ya just don't do it.
And this is some nasty but TRUE knowledge about PRE-CUT lettuces:

They are washed in a chlorine wash, and can contain bacteria that gives you the big D.
Because we don't 'cook' the lettuces, we are ingesting bacteria that may be on it, or grew right into it (sprouts are bad for this - so just make your own).
I personally stopped putting the pre-cut shredded lettuce from sub places - or any fast shit places (I don't eat there at all for the last 10 years or so - sodium through the roof and just plain disgusting!) The lettuces in those place sit, and wilt, and end up with more bacteria on them. Usually it's the pre-cut, sitting out veggies that will give you a watery tummy and an embarrassing sleep over with your hot date.
