Homemade Chili Oil (recipe coming)
Galangal (or Ginger)
Shrimp Stock or Veg Bouillon
Black Tiger Shrimp
Baby Corn (I cut back on my corn consumption because of this)
Basically put it all in a big pot and boil the shit out of it! That's it. Oh, Add the shrimp last, just before serving, otherwise they over cook. And that's nasty.
